Blue Star Memorial Marker Dedications

On Saturday Sept. 19, the Chula Vista Garden Club hosted two Blue Star Memorial Dedications. The 11:00am ceremony was across from Memorial Park in Otsego, in the triangle at the crossroads of Farmer Street and Washington Street.
