A Photography workshop will be held on May 16 from 9:30-11:30 AM at the Council House and available on Zoom.
This workshop will include the basics of flower photography including lighting, composition, a very little bit about technology (camera settings), and artistry. It’s all about having fun photographing the flowers in your garden, along the path of a hike, or while travelling.
We will review the Botanical Arts Photography Rules. Then, let’s get those photos ready to submit to the Botanical Arts section of the upcoming KGC Flower Show July 22 and 23.
The workshop instructor will be experienced nature photographer, Dr. Jeanette Meyer, who is the KGC Flower Show Botanical Arts Consultant.
There is no cost, but we do need registrations for both in-person and Zoom, so we know how to plan.
